We are honored to have hosted Lynne Clark, Acting Chief of the Center for Education Outreach and Innovation at the National Cryptologic School (A29), NSA, during our recent Cybersecurity Workshop.
Ms. Clark has dedicated over 45 years of service to both military and civilian sectors, bringing invaluable expertise to our event. She oversees critical functions of the CAE-C program, including the DoD Cyber Scholarship program, and previously served in the United States Air Force, holding key positions during significant historical periods such as the Cold War and Germany’s reunification.
We are immensely grateful that Ms. Clark accepted our invitation to be a guest speaker, sharing her knowledge and support. She spent a full day with us at the Cybercompetition event organized by Wright State University and Sinclair Community College for our National Pathway to Success program, generously funded through the National Centers of Academic Excellence in Cybersecurity (NCAE-C) office within the National Security Agency. We extend our heartfelt thanks for all the support provided for this event.
Ms. Clark honored our top students and winners in the regional NCL Cyber competition. We extend our gratitude to the SANS Institute for their attendance and for presenting three SANS course certificates to the top students. Additionally, we appreciate EC-Council for their support and providing three course certificates for the top three teams in the cyber competition, along with multiple awards.
During her visit, Ms. Clark also visited Wright State University to strengthen cybersecurity partnerships through engaging interactions with administration, deans, chairs, faculty, students, and university leaders during lunchtime. She presented all the achievements, challenges, and future plans of NCAE cybersecurity programs at Wright State. We are thankful to Ms. Clark for giving us ample time and recognition during her two-day visit.
Special thanks to all the participants from various institutions and organizations, including Sinclair, NASIC, Air Force Research Laboratory, U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology, Intel Corporation, Ansys, Sinclair Community College, The University of Kansas, Eastern Michigan University, Strategic Ohio Council for Higher Education (SOCHE), and many others for making this event possible.
