In a significant achievement, Fathi Amsaad’s research proposal titled “Human Machine Teaming in Multi-Agent Reinforcement Learning” has been selected for funding through the competitive AFRL/DAGSI student-faculty fellowship program. This program, open to all Ohio universities, is jointly funded by the Ohio Department of Higher Education and the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL).
Commencing in August 2023, Mr. Amsaad will embark on a collaborative research endeavor with one of his U.S. students. This partnership will be based at the renowned Wright Patterson AFRL, offering an exceptional opportunity to delve into the selected research topic. The initial research engagement is slated for one year, with the prospect of extension for additional years.
